You would only be punishing yourself if you choose to live here. The management company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Trash is always left all over the place. Neighbors are loud and you'll never get any peace. Mail unit broken into and the office didn't tell us about it. Appliances are always breaking and it takes forever to fix them.

trash on grounds, closed work orders without fixing anything. trash compact destroyed. Rodent all on the grounds and in the walls. office closed on weekends. property infected rodents.

Only renewed due to buying house. Tired of complaining after finally getting 2 months of some peace. Loud music from neighbors apt, loud music from cars, smell of drugs from neighbors, cars speeding thru community and people coming to community to hang out that don't live here. Witnessed female jump from moving vehicle & attack it with purse & sticks. Just got roaches down, almost gone, after month of treatment (our treatments). Not for people who like safe, quiet peaceful area. Especially if u... work from home or work 7 days a week for a month at a time.
