Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to address your concerns directly. Our priority is to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable community for all residents. Our maintenance team conducts... regular inspections and cleaning throughout the property. The pool was cleaned on Friday, October 17th, 2025, and is serviced Monday through Friday each week.
The community’s amenities, including the clubhouse, must be reserved in advance. The event in question was an unauthorized and illegal gathering held without a reservation or approval. Residents were warned beforehand, and actions were taken in accordance with community policies and local regulations. We encourage residents to contact the office directly prior to hosting any event or when issues arise so we can assist and avoid any future misunderstandings or lease violations.

Thank you,
Community manager.

Nice property. Great location. New resident onboarding experience needs improvement.

The location is fantastic and convenient to shops, restaurants, etc.

Room was very clean upon move in, though the move-in experience was essentially self-serve.

Once I selected the apartment I wanted, I just started replying to the various emails flowing through and engaging as best as I could, figuring it out along the way.

A couple of the sites referenced had out of date info, some items on the lease form were for out of date policies/procedures, etc.

When I did have questions, it took...
(in a couple of instances) multiple calls/emails to get a response.

All in all though, it has been a positive experience. Look forward to living here for a while. The management needs to review practices/procedures and adjust accordingly to ensure an efficient and stress free move-in experience.

Also, the little things like actually walking with you to your new apartment on move-in day, walking around the room to ensure all is in order, or at least checking in with an email or call later in the day to see if all is well and if you have any questions would be great.

Not a bad experience, but also not as straightforward and welcoming as it could/should be. Less hand-off and better engagement with new residents.

Statesman review

Living in this apartment complex has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the units feature hard floors instead of carpet, which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The walking area within the complex is decent, providing a pleasant space for strolls. Additionally, the closet space is satisfactory, offering ample storage for our needs.

However, several issues have significantly detracted from our living experience. Residing in a bottom-level unit has resulted in frequent...
encounters with bugs, which has been quite frustrating. The management team has been incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. Upon moving in, we were without hot water for three days and discovered our dryer was non-functional. Management's sluggishness in addressing these basic needs was disappointing.

A particularly concerning incident involved a young boy carrying a BB gun around the complex, which was not promptly addressed by management, raising serious safety concerns. Furthermore, despite smoking being prohibited, cigarette smoke is a constant issue.

The lack of security cameras is alarming; management admitted they intentionally avoid installing them to reduce their liability. This absence of surveillance contributes to a feeling of insecurity. Additionally, parking is often insufficient, making it a hassle to find a spot. The package room door is frequently malfunctioning, adding to the inconvenience.

Noise has been another major issue. While we understand the nature of apartment living, enduring hours of incessant dog barking from the unit above us for months was intolerable. The valet trash service is also problematic, with inconsistent pickups and our unit being skipped occasionally, despite our clear view of the service through our ring camera.

In summary, while the apartment has some commendable features like hard floors and adequate walking and storage space, the significant drawbacks—including poor management, safety concerns, noise issues, and inadequate amenities—make it a less than ideal living situation.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. The Statesman management team has already approved the camera installation and we are not sure who you spoke with in regards to that, but that is inaccurate information. We have never... received any reports on the BB Gun Incident, if you would like to report it, please feel free to reach out to management or our courtesy officer. The package room door is indeed functional, if you are having issues, please let us know. Any issues with Valet Trash should be reported directly to Valet Living and they will be able to assist with any missed trashed issues. We hope you are willing to give us another chance. Please reach out to us at stt@harborgroupmanagemnet.com, so we can work towards a resolution. Thank you!

Community is quite with very little foot traffic. The initial office staff went above and beyond to make sure all enjoyed their living experience. Staff uses the Technology in place to keep residents informed of what’s happening on a daily basis. Community events are hosted frequently, blending activities with social interaction. Office space in place if needed for those who work from home
