Kawanis is very professional & pleasant, the maintenance came right away to fix any issues I had, the staff are approachable & friendly, the area is very clean, the apartment is cute with beautiful views of well kept landscaping.

The Staff here is excellent! I moved here on New Year's Eve 2024, and I've been very happy ever since! I haven't had any issues whatsoever! Whenever something is needed, it's fixed by the next day! No problem and I even get a follow up call to make sure it's no further occurrence. Everyone is so friendly. There's plenty of Law Enforcement on property so there's no heavy criminal activity so it's safe. It's a mixture of folks which is very cool. Pleasant atmosphere. I made the right choice. Great... amenities. Personal car wash on site too! Who does that? Lol!

I recently toured Amber Chase and felt welcomed by the staff! The community is clean and has a lot of nice amenities for the family. My tour guide was Denise and she helped me figure out which price range would work for me. The apartment I saw was very cute and clean. I would reccommend this place to others.

I have lived on this property now for over a year and never had an issue the property is always clean and I always feel safe. I am a single young lady and the other day I had to stop in the office to handle some work that I wanted to have done in my apartment . Nothing major my dish disposal was backing up from something I put down the sink (I can admit) two of the leasing consultants were on the property showing units and I spoke with Mrs. Samuels who immediately met me to help resolve the... issue she is the asst manager of the property and was clearly very busy and she took the time to stop and speak to me and to make sure my needs where met. She even inquired on how my day was going. I told her I was stepping out and wanted to see if they could send someone to fix it. She assured me it would be handled and I was probably gone 45 and in that time frame she had sent the maintenance man down to take care of it and he had been in and out and left the service repair order with a smiley face that said have a great day and it had been repaired!
