I have lived in this community for nearly four years. Over the past six months, almost every package I have ordered has been stolen. When I brought this issue to the leasing office, my concerns were dismissed. I was also informed that they refuse to install cameras, citing liability concerns.

Additionally, although package lockers are available, delivery carriers are not being allowed to use them. As a result, when I contact the carriers about stolen items, they decline to replace them because... their drivers were denied access to the lockers by the leasing office.

From my initial outreach to the Willows staff to my move in day, the staff have been extremely friendly, intentional, and accommodating! The staff worked with me to find a layout that matched my needs and price range. My apartment is spacious and a great fit for my lifestyle. After researching for 3 months locations for houses and apartments, my decision came down to The Willows because of the leasing office was super amazing, thank you Maggie, the apartment is super beautiful and the overall pricing and availability was good based off of others around this area.

Moving to Newnan, there is no other apartment complex I would want to live at other than the Willows. The landscaping is top notch and the management team truly maintains the property very well. We love living at The Willows and will be renewing!
