This community is no longer luxury, after moving people in these past few months the value of this place is slowly but surely going down. Pool is closed due to failed inspection, valet trash is a joke, the customer service is mediocre, the community is NOT LUXURY

Maintenance Staff Review
I got a new laundry and drying machine installed today by Daryl and Marquis. These two maintenance staffs are very professional in the installation and they were prompt in addressing the other minor incidents I was experiencing.They were polite and helpful, especially Daryl. He will stop by when he see you in the complex and give you an update on the status of your maintenance ticket and answer other questions you may have.

Horrible experience
Bait and switch. I signed a lease for one price, they turned around two weeks before my move in date to tell me that the room was no longer available. Before signing the lease, I asked them specifically if the room would be taken off the market when I apply and they confirmed this. Now, conveniently, the only other room available for my lease term is significantly more expensive as well as not accessible and that is all they're offering me at this point. They assured me that the room is... accessible, but I am certain that it isn't, and they proceeded to act in an extremely discriminatory fashion towards my disability. I later attempted to get a significantly more expensive room that was accessible (they told me that the apartments on the firsts floor are wheelchair accessible in a phone call I made before applying) and they told me that not only was it not accessible, but they'd charge me an additional $50 fee to get this room even though I'd already paid my administration fee and application fee with no room to show for it. They refused to refund my administration fee although that it is used to take a specific apartment off the market during the application process which didn't happen for me. I was forced to stay in a room that isn't accessible because the staff believes that just not having stairs makes something accessible, which is incredibly ableist. Do not even bother applying to a room that doesn't read "Available Now".

RUNNNNNNNN
Someone got shot here last night. According to the police who were outside for hours with multiple officers and K-9 dogs looking for suspects and clues there was shell casings found in one hallway and blood found in another hallway. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!!!!!!! The staff is slow and rude. There is mold in the apartment and a lot of cosmetic issues they cover up with cheap patch work. My building was not able to receive mail for weeks now and their solution was for me to go to the post... office to pick up my mail which was no where to be found when I got there. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT and they do not need to advertise as such. My garbage disposal is broken and big roaches come in my house frequently. My blinds were broken. Work orders take way to long with no follow up. There are random inspections in homes due to smoking in the apartment which is unfortunate because I have an alarm system that would be set off bringing unnecessary stress while I am at work. The visitors gate was flooded and a pain to use. The list goes on and on. For the price they charge for rent and the crap apartment they sell you with the crap service I will try my luck in Norcross where it’s cheaper and you receive better service ! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! Run!!!!

Roaches, poor communication, and slow maintanence
I have been a resident for a month now. I can already say I have zero intentions of renewing my lease. The first night that I moved in I found roaches in my apartment. I am STILL dealing with them. I see 2-3 a day. I haven't fully unpacked the kitchen items b/c I don't want them crawling all over the plates and such. I know it takes time to get rid of them, but I wish the staff would be a little more proactive in trying to get rid of them. This could easily become (if it's not already a problem... for the building, not just me.) Pest control has only been out twice in the now 5 weeks I've been there. I’ve requested he return, but apparently he couldn’t get in b/c he doesn’t have a key. (The first two times he came I was at home.) Mind you I’ve made a copy of my key and left it with the employees…but I guess it wasn’t properly communicated with all staff because when I stopped by to ask if he could come back after finding a live roach in my dirty clothes, I was told “oh, he didn’t come because he couldn’t get in." I find it weird that the two keys I was given (and the now extra copy I had made) appear to be the only ones that exist. Maintenance moves at a glacial pace. The blinds in my guest bedroom have been broken since I moved in. Only one attempt has been made to repair them and it failed due to the key issue mentioned above. To be completely transparent, when they made the first attempt to fix them this was before I had the key made…but it still brings me back to why do I have the only “straight” copy? I’ve also been told that sometimes maintenance has “bent” keys. Ok…
They have a call center at the complex which is okay but there seems to be a disconnect between relaying information to the call center and telling someone who is actually on site. Your best bet is to have a face to face. Emails aren’t often returned and if so, it’s days later. And if you call, you run into the issue I just mentioned. Can not recommend.
