I'm renewing my lease after a year at The Level at Mt.Zion. It has been a pleasant experience and I'm looking forward to another great year. Ms. Nicki is a very compassionate, caring person and always there to help in any situation. Office personnel are very respectful and attentive to any problems. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly and safe environment I would highly recommend The Level at Mt. Zion.

This is a cool place to live it’s not much going on my family feels safe here and thats the biggest thing for me Alott of children live here so if you come into the property PLEASE DONT SPEED!.

I been here at this apartment for about 2 years. The rent is cheap. However they forcing people out without probable cause. No reason what so ever but we just not renewing your lease. I would not recommend this place to no one especially if you have children. They built a playground but don't want any kids outside. The pool is always dirty. There is a curfew of 10 pm but that's for adults as well. You pay rent but you can't sit on your stairs after 10pm. Oh don't let me forget the Security... Officer is a snitch! Read More

I have been living at Regal Pointe apts. For 4 months. If you are okay with roaches,leaks,a broken air condition and also no window screens then this is the place to live. I have complained and put in multiple requests and no changes. Waiting on my lease to be over wish me luck. But on the good note i am paying cheap for 2 bedrooms. Thanks !
