Great community, spacious , clean , great amenities, quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to everything (stores, interstate etc), great for family’s or single individuals, and friendly staff .

Living here has been a wonderful experience! I have had no issues since living here the last 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment unit is clean and updated. I am most impressed with the response time of maintenance requests. The amenities and gym are well maintained and the walking path next to the lake is beautiful. From all the apartment complexes there are to choose from, I'm very grateful to have found a gem. Thank you guys!

Don’t move here! It’s better apartments in the area, especially for the amount you pay on a monthly basis compared to the amenities and quality of service.

Cortland East Cobb has to be one of the best communities/apartments to live in the northwest metro Atlanta area. I’ve toured plenty of places and i was the most impressed with this community, you definitely get what you are paying for. I’d recommend this community over most in the area. My unit was clean, updated and far beyond the expectation.
