good customer service, beautiful amenities. It's the best option for an apartment!

My experience has been average overall. There are some good aspects, but there are also several issues that need improvement.

One of the biggest challenges is communication. It can be very difficult to get a response from management, especially during the move-in process. Reaching a manager or getting clear answers isn’t always easy, which can be frustrating when you need help.

Some areas of the apartment also need updating. For example, the bed, it looks used and old. I hope they do replace... each one soon. In addition, there are times when there isn’t enough hot water, which has been inconvenient. Another issue is the lighting outside at night, it’s very dark, and there aren’t enough lights around the property, making it difficult to see.

That said, I will give credit where it’s due. They are generally good about handling complaints and addressing issues in the room. Their system for maintenance requests, roommate concerns, and other problems is fairly organized and usually gets resolved.

Overall, while it’s not a terrible place to stay, the communication issues and need for updates make it somewhere I wouldn’t choose to stay again.
