Heartless and Uncompassionate Toward Military Families
I reached out to Westmar Student Lofts with a sincere and urgent request to cancel my daughter’s upcoming lease due to an unforeseen family hardship. We are an active military family As a result, our daughter can no longer move to Atlanta as planned.
Despite providing clear documentation of this hardship and asking for compassionate consideration, Westmar coldly denied our request. Their response referenced fine print from the lease and refused to make any exception, even under serious family... and military-related circumstances.
Their lack of empathy toward a military family is disheartening. We serve this country and make sacrifices every day—and this is how we’re treated? It’s unfortunate to see a company prioritize profit over basic decency.
If you’re a military family, student, or anyone who may face life changes beyond your control, think twice before signing a lease with Westmar. When life happens, they won’t work with you.

Nice! Active but quiet
It’s a good place for college students or people trying to get on their feet. The amenities are awesome the pool basket ball court gym and track are all pretty cool including the game room with the pool table big place cool for dogs and the price can really help with saving up for your next big move

Cheap prices but has bug issues, my unit wasn’t as bad however the washer and dryer would give problems too. Not renewing because I am looking for a 1bd unit
