I attend University in the area & love the amenities plus a great view of the region around the property here. The gym here is straight forward & as expected with everything I need for a gym fix. In addition, the esport gaming playground here is crazy. Never did I expect a complex to have something like that. I give the complex a solid 8/10.

Leasing office rarely responds to issues. $250 gift card promised for signing my lease but I never received it.

Beautiful building and love all the amenities! The staff is also super friendly and helpful which makes living here a lot easier than other places. Definitely recommend!

This building is a nightmare. Living here is not easy. As soon as you sign the lease, the leasing office stops responding to your concerns. All they care about is profit. Many amenities are broken, including the game room and reading room computers. They don’t enforce rules—so if your roommates make your life hard, no one helps. The vents on the facade make constant, sometimes unbearable noise during windy weather, and since the windows can’t be opened, there’s no way to fix it. I like living at Kinetic a lot, it’s close to campus and the amenity areas are really nice. My friends and I renewed our leases because we love our apartment and our view on the 31st floor.
