Hands down one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Very safe community, friendly staff and a lot of grocery stores & food spots to check out. Special thanks to Mike the maintenance guy, he deserves nothing but the best in this life

My family and I have been living here for the past two years. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Mike and Gabby. They help overcome our challenges in the beginning of our stay and went as far as giving us a new apartment to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. I see people complaining about having roaches in their apartment, I don’t experience it in mine because I keep my place clean.The staffs make a lot of effort cleaning the residence. So I have been living here the past two years it was nice at first. I’m rating this a 2 because the maintenance people are on it. Although they take many short cuts. The management team is another story. Gabby the property manager is never there and Wakida the assistant always push issues and tells me to email the property manager. So one thing I wished someone told me. They run several programs in this complex and those clientele do not pay water and since water usage is per building you fit... the bill. My water bill is 150.00 per month in a three bedroom when houses is not even that much. Roach ingestion and I have proof. If you would like to see it. No one is actually managing the property. They say no smoking, but there is smoking, grilling etcc which I don’t care doesn’t effect me but don’t put that on the lease if it not going to be enforced. The gym equipment has not been fixed and the gate is never closed. If an holiday happens to land on a Monday the pool will be closed.
