Andover has great upkeep, amenities, and community events throughout the year.
The only downsides are the numerous children. There are many of them wandering around the courtyards screaming and yelling whenever the sun is up and after school hours.
I would give 4 stars without this.

There used to be an area where both kids and adults could play, but now it has been turned into a park that serves no real purpose. There is no space for middle-aged kids or adults to play—no pickleball courts, no tennis courts, nothing.
