It has been great living here, apart from some common concerns for a long time. Any requests and questions get answered quickly. The property is very well maintained. The office staff is nice and very helpful.
Again, the same issues which has no solutions.
The back gate does not open, and there is no sign indicating that it is not working. There used to be an area where both kids and adults could play, but now it has been turned into a park that serves no real purpose. There is no space for... middle-aged kids or adults to play—no pickleball courts, no tennis courts, nothing. There is a small area for younger kids, but it is not safe because it opens directly onto the driveway. This creates safety concerns for both children playing and residents driving their cars.
