Everything has been amazing so far. The weather has me locked in place to try the pool but I love the communications of the staff and the transparency when it comes to the lease. Amazing people and beautiful apartment.

This building was nice when I first moved in, the building has gone down tremendously it’s like they couldn't fill the building so they let anyone in and weed smoking loud music is out of hand

The apartment itself is fantastic. Gorgeous city views, the amenities are great, and having a rooftop pool is rare to find. Highly recommend.

Broadstone 2Thirty has been nothing but amazing in our first 2 weeks of living here. The amenities are incredible and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was super clean and ready to be moved in to. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with our neighbors and would recommend this community to anyone looking for their new Atlanta home.
