Horrible Management Team
The management team can be very condescending. They request improvements, but there is rarely a tangible solution(or at least they claim).Walls and floors are paper thin (neighbors could be heard from all around, above, below, and of course, the halls.) Parking deck was also hazardous becuase of the narrow spacing and speeding residents.

Everything has been amazing so far. The weather has me locked in place to try the pool but I love the communications of the staff and the transparency when it comes to the lease. Amazing people and beautiful apartment.
