First, the management could care less. They work 8-5 M-F so good luck getting there to see anyone. Maintenance requests go unattended, or the bare minimum is done. No follow up, or resolution. You will definitely lose your security deposit! I have rented a dozen apartments in my life and have never lost my security deposit, until Sterlington. Second, if you live on the first floor you are going to hear every footstep of the people above. It's so poorly constructed! This place is not worth it. I... guarantee you'll be happier anywhere else. ATC Management properties, altogether, should be avoided.
