Maintenance terrible. Pest control non existent. You’ll be dealing with bugs everyday and there is not much they will do to help

Apartment is in woody area. Large Roaches enter home frequently. Older apartment so wholes can be found by pest for entry. Nice apartment for price, but not nice enough to deal with pest.

This has been by far the best home I've ever had in my 24 years of life. I come home every day to a quiet community, away from any major streets or highways to friendly neighbors. The management team was so professional and kind throughout my entire transition as I was moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia, away from all friends and family. I look forward to enjoying my HOME for years to come! :)
