My fave apartment
I've been living at the Sanctuary for 6 years, and I have enjoyed every year I've been in my apartment! It is a quiet place and located near all of my favorite stores like Ulta, Old Navy, and Hobby Lobby. The staff are very helpful and always so kind!

Roaches
Maintenance terrible. Pest control non existent. You’ll be dealing with bugs everyday and there is not much they will do to help

Bad experience here
Was looking to move in here, called and left a message for them to return my call and never received it and was ready to pay all fees and set move in date

Roaches
Apartment is in woody area. Large Roaches enter home frequently. Older apartment so wholes can be found by pest for entry. Nice apartment for price, but not nice enough to deal with pest.
