Located between Wrightsboro and Robert C Daniel, you cannot find an apartment that meets what this place offers! Location, price, amenities and more. One of better apartments in Augusta.

Nice!!
Management is very nice and the maintenance team is GREAT and FAST! Maintenance comes by within an hour of you requesting. They also are extremely nice! The environment is very clean as well, landscaping team come at least once a week.

Be Careful!!!
I lived at Forest Hills Racquet Club for about 3 years and my stay there was fine. Management is difficult to get on the phone sometimes but the properties are some of the best in the area for the price. Unfortunately they will screw you over when you leave one of their apartments...
After I moved out I cleaned my apartment and moved to another state. I gave them the forwarding address of where I was moving. I didn't hear anything from them, no emails, no calls, no letters. I also didn't... receive my security deposit, which I wasn't overly worried about. But what they had done on the backend is post a $183 debt to my account without giving me any notification and then handing that debt off to a debt collector. CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORE REGULARLY because mine got completely destroyed from them doing this. I went from a 750 to a 690 over a debt I would have gladly paid yet they never told me about it. When I called to discuss getting this removed they told me it was out of their hands and the debt collection agency has to handle that. So I called them and they weren't willing to negotiate on doing a good will debt removal for my credit score EVEN though it's something they can do! This has completely screwed me over while I'm looking for a house and it would have been completely avoidable if they would have contacted me about the payment...

hands down my favorite place! coming from a family who is very protective and wise with their money it is the best! and super close to campus
