Win for a years rent
My apartments name Waters Edge Apartments in Forest Park ga.i love it . You have the lake and ducks in the apartments. Its very quiet at night . The neighbors look out for each other. Forest Park police patrol in the neighborhood.T he landlord are nice . He let you pay rent in cash . Very good on getting whatever that needs to be fix.

Free rent for year
Well my name is chicquita and I been living in WATERS EDGE APARTMENTS for 2 years now . I love it out here . I have a lake out back of the apartments . I can sit on my patio and look at the lake , feed the ducks . the people are cool . Then u get forest park police ride around making sure everyone ok. The landlord is really cool. He's understanding person. He will let u pay ur rent in cash and also in half depending on the situation. .

Free rent for year and or for life
The apartments I stay in name Waters Edge Apartments. These apartments are ok to live in . The landlord are nice .he let u pay half on rent .they cool thing about it is u can pay him in cash. I have a lake out back which anyone can fish in . I heard they catch some pretty big good tasting fish. The rooms are a decent size including the closest. I don't have any problems with the landlord. These apartments are reasonable . the rent is $550 month.no drama .the police do patrol around .so I... would have to say it's been safe living here. And I forgot about the ducks . I love the ducks out here . Its piece and quite at night.
