It’s an ok residence but the repair process to the units are very poor like paint glooped up and blinds broken and warped pantry shelves but other than that it’s pretty ok

I have had an amazing experience living at The Everretts. The management team is phenomenal, and the groundskeepers have done a spectacular job beautifying the property. The maintenance team provides excellent service as well.
I relocated from California to Georgia, and while I rented in Atlanta, I never felt like I was part of a true community. However, at The Everretts, my experience is entirely different. I love the beautiful trees, the welcoming nature, and the vibrant culture here.
I... have never encountered any negative experiences during my time here, and I am truly grateful to be part of this community. At this point, I only care to do this for the points. It’s just the same thing every time I do this. You made it so there’s only one entrance and exit which is dangerous, and a hazard for many reasons. It’s difficult to get maintenance done because most of the maintenance you consider cosmetic and not worth doing anything about. Would never recommend this place.
