I signed my lease in February(2022) I love everything about my townhouse but the parking sucks bad…the parking lot is full of cars and trucks that don’t move/work I can’t park my car anywhere where I live unfortunately I’ve seen a tenant put his truck right in front of my back door and he didn’t move it for a month and he stays 2 buildings over I feel like it should be 1 car to each tenant and your guest shout park on the sidewalk the leasing office would definitely have to do a walk/ride... around and see what I’m talking about or send letters to all tenants about this issue because towing should be a option for non working cars or cars/trucks that is just taking up space.

Absolutely love it
I signed my lease December 2020. My children and myself is very pleased with our new home considering what all we just went through the last two months. The community is everything that it says it is. Very clean and quiet. We will remain here at the Villa at Lakewood a few years until I can purchase a new home but for now this home and me and my 3 children absolutely love it. Thanks you Ms. Carla for the easy process and our new roof over our heads. God bless.
