Please please do not move to Wood Terrace Apartments especially apt 124. Apartment 124 is infested with roaches and despite the many calls you may make to pest control service that you pay every month to live there it still does not help . Make sure that the lease fee you pay before move in goes towards wear and tear as it may change when you are moving out . I have had the most traumatic, terrible , horrific , and unprofessional experience at Wood Terrace that I would not recommend anyone to... live there. The maintenance staff will come but they are only giving so much to work with . The management staff is terrible and very unprofessional especially the ASSISTANT MANAGER . Don't move here. I am saving you your time and money. Terrible management staff, dirty community, dirty complex, trash, the gates never work, overpriced for the quality of this complex. Listen to the reviews, because I didn't before I moved here.

- Dirty (trash everyone, lots of cockroaches..LOTS OF SMALL ONES)
- Unsafe (gate NEVER works, reported car break-ins and tire slashings YET management doesn't do anything to further prevent this. They have a "courtsey officer" who leaves at night, when the crimes happen at night..lol)
- Terrible Office Management (always has new workers, I wonder why! The Property Manager is highly incompetent with her job and don't care about the tenants. Management sucks at communicating with one another... too)
- Forget the "Utilities" they provide (they're unusable)
- Broken into mailboxes/no mailbox (I wouldn't have my mail sent here)
- LOUD. Neighbors are loud and you hear cars revving their cars or doing burnouts. Sometimes you hear GUNSHOTS too!

It has been three weeks since a bullet shattered my bedroom door. Wood Terrace has yet to fix it despite freeze warnings across North Georgia. I currently live on the third floor and the bullet hit near where my son usually sits and plays. Property management has stopped communicating with me. To say I am frustrated is an understatement because I and my son never feel safe in my home.

I have been staying here since 2014. I do not have a roach problem or anything. I have only put in about 20 tickets for stuff to be fixed since 2014. I looked at my online ticket submission and it was only 6 in the whole. I can not speak on anyone else's experiences but mines have been great. The staff is nice, and the Site Manager is even nicer. If I put in a request for something it is usually done that same day or the next morning.

They rejuvenated and updated the units and they look... just splendid. I do not have an upgraded unit but that is by choice. I love the layout I have now. I would recommend this place. If you have a pest issue they have pest control for free that will come out and take care of your place. What people fail to realize is that do not just depend on the complex to get rid of your pests problems you as an adult have to not leave food out... trash everywhere, and get you own pest methods to go along with normal pest control. I have not had to get pest control to come to my unit in 2 years!

I would say come and check this place out.. I think it will blow your mind... in a good way.
