The place is very nice but be careful some rooms don't gave windows... and I think the windows were open when we went in there but they are not so bad in my experience so it is not as good for me as it was in my room but it was nice and I was very happy with the way the window is very good.

i haven’t moved in yet but what i’ve seen to notice is nobody ever seems to answer the phone and nothing ever comes out in time. 3 stars is being nice because it shouldn’t have to take driving an hour in a half to actually get useful help.

The added a pet fee after 1 year of me living at one 12 apartments. They also just started remodeling but haven’t did apartments living rooms, my light in the kitchen sucks. I can say it’s affordable, and convent for students attending Georgia state.

It’s okay I guess. But it has some flaws. The smells, the maintenance issues e.g. when the elevator stopped working for several days, etc. I’m hoping things will be better this coming leasing year as I heard they will be doing some renovations especially in the gym.
