The rate is good considering how much surrounding apartments charge. However, one of the leasing agents needs to be changed he is not a people person, the maintenance people don’t know what they’re doing, and the elevators not working for that long was outrageous.

I love the sign for the pool deck closure, “pools is close” is a classic. The furniture looks cute I just wish the pool was open. It’s going to be great for the summer.

I hate this place beyond words. Everything is always broken, missing or closed. I pay entirely too much money to be told to just deal with broken elevators, missing lights, overflowing trash chutes, and a rooftop space that we can’t even use. The things you highlight to sell another room shoukd be things that are actually available to use to residents. Being kicked out of the rooftop pool area for reading on a sunny day? Ridiculous. And considering the state of my apartment whrn i moved in (no... bathroom door, punched in closet door, molded food in every appliance in the kitchen, moldy carpet) it’s a wonder this place is still even open. Do yourself a favor- don’t believe the tour they give you. This place is a poorly run and maintained apartment pretending to be luxury to upcharge college students who don’t have anywhere else to go.

First, I want to sincerely apologize for the condition your apartment was in at... move-in and for the delays you experienced in getting critical items—like your bathroom door and AC—addressed. That is not acceptable, and it does not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. We are reviewing our make-ready and work order processes to ensure situations like this are not repeated. I’m also very sorry to hear that you felt dismissed when seeking help. Every resident deserves to be heard and supported directly, and it’s clear we fell short in your case. We appreciate you recognizing Genevieve—she is a valued member of our team—and we are working to ensure that level of care is consistent across the entire staff. Regarding the community concerns you mentioned, we understand how frustrating ongoing maintenance issues like elevators, lighting, and trash can be. These are not experiences we want for our residents, and we are actively working with our vendors and internal teams to improve both response times and overall upkeep. As for the rooftop and pool deck, access is currently restricted while we await the required permit from Fulton County. We know this amenity is an important part of the resident experience, and we are hopeful the permit will be received very soon so the space can fully reopen. In the meantime, our courtyard in Building One remains open and is a great alternative space for residents to relax, read, and enjoy the weather. We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we don’t take your comments lightly. If you are open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience and work toward making things right.

it’s been good over here and i would recommend it to many people and there is too many good things about the apartment to not want to move here. it’s convenient for the area that’s it’s in also especially if you go to GSU and don’t want to be on the college dorm campuses
