I'm so happy living at Aventura Decatur. The office staff has taken care of me so well, and I know that when I need assistance with any problem, they will see that it gets resolved quickly. The property is beautiful, with large old-growth trees and clean grounds. The residents feel safe to walk their pets, visit the pool or gym, or be out on the property without worry. I'm so glad I'm here.

Since I have recently moved here, the leasing staff at Aventura has been phenomenal! Mia, Dimitri, and Michael are exceptional in their professionalism, knowledge, and warm southern hospitality. This was by far the most stressful move coming from the PNW, and this outstanding team, has by far, made this the smoothest transition ever, and I can't thank them enough!
