My concerns have remained unaddressed since I moved in last year, as they have not been rectified. These include excessive on-street parking, which makes maneuvering within the community difficult, as well as the frequent revving of engines by automobiles and motorcycles at all hours of the day and night, seemingly done deliberately. Despite numerous complaints, I feel these issues have not been adequately acknowledged. Although management makes open threats to tow vehicles parked illegally on... the street, these actions have not been carried out. It's clear that the team truly cares about the residents and works hard to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. We have Enjoyed a very pleasant living experience with our Cedarcrest Summerwell Community. From the onset - So very, very Nice and Accommodating - Very Patient. Provides adequate time to answer questions, very dependable, quick and efficient. The Maintenance Dept. is Excellent and the Community Grounds and Yard Space are immaculent. The Reward Program is Nice, Appreciating the opportunity and effort to get to know your neighbors.

The community is surprisingly a rental community. Friends and family can’t believe we’re renting a home that people are actually seeking the buy. The community definitely gives proud “home ownership” without the hassle of buying.
