Great place to be. Maintenance is great, clean environment. I’ve rented for 5 years and this one is probably the best, aside from the higher price. Hopefully the construction that comes soon doesn’t increase it more!

When I first moved in it was a great experience but the quality of the community has really went down. The upkeep of the property is very poor as far as landscaping and taking care of pest such as bug and things. I think this is due to using cheap vendors to do the work. If you report problems to management she seems to take it as a personal attack. There is no sense of value to being a resident. Stairwells are so dirty it’s embarrassing.

The property all around is beautiful. The staff and maintenance crew is top tier. Amenities are very well kept. Only issue is the build of the buildings, the walls are super thin so you hear everything- someone walking in the hall, flushing their toilet, watching tv, EVERYTHING

I've really enjoyed my experience here so far! The apartment itself is great, but the office staff truly makes it feel like home. The ladies in the front office are incredibly helpful, professional, and always greet you with a smile. They made the move-in process seamless and are always quick to address any questions. Highly recommend!
