In general, we require income verification of 3 times the rent, excellent rental/housing history and a minimum 600 credit score. For those with a housing voucher, we can sometimes relax the income and credit score requirements depending on your situation. Free online applications are accepted in order to get pre-approved. We do not charge an application fee. After pre-approval we will only require a $40 fee for a background and credit check for each adult in order to finalize the approval and move forward. After approval, the deposit is due in order to take the home off the market and complete and submit the RFTA paperwork to GA DCA(if you have a voucher).
