I lived in The Meadows Apartments for four years. I moved not because I was not happy here, but for other reasons. After living in another area, I decided to move back to The Meadows. I have to say that this is My Happy Place, The actual manager, Ms. Ramsey, is very approachable, supportive, and extremely helpful. She will listen to your concerns and will solve them in a very timely manner. Even though I was so happy to come back, I found a few issues in my apartment that needed to be solved.... After submitting the maintenance requests, Chris (responsible for maintenance) fixed them in a truly brief time. He kept communicating with me, following up after each work was completed. A few maintenance requests took longer because a contractor was hired to complete the work and/or repairs. The Woodruff Property and The Meadows staff have proved that they are a wonderful team, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Ramsey and Mr. Chris.

approval was amazing
Within a day the apartment was approved and staff was sweet and amazing! I have had several denials but they stood By their word unlike other places and helped Me out tremendously! Definitely would recommend!

NON-Welcoming atmosphere
Guests are not allowed to use the pool. I just gave up my one week off this summer to dog and house sit for my daughter and her husband. My young son and I were not allowed to use the pool because my daughter and her husband were not with us. The pool was completely empty each day of the week. Outrageous!

Nice but....
I like living where I live with the exception of my maintenance man. The apartment is nice but I'm really interested in living in WaldenPond owned by the same company. It takes him forever to do something and usually when he does it he has to go back 2-3 times to get it right. Besides that everything else is great.
