I recently moved into Greystone Pointe and have had a great experience so far. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and truly move-in ready, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The layout feels modern and comfortable, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail throughout the apartment.
The community itself is quiet, safe, and well-kept, which has made settling in really easy. One of my favorite parts has been the amenities — the pickleball courts are a great addition and... something you don’t find everywhere, and the gym is clean, well-equipped, and convenient to use. I have been living here for almost 3 years this August, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The office staff is amazing always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I need. Maintenance is very responsive and handles requests quickly, which I really appreciate.

I enjoyed the process of leasing my new apartment at Greystone Pointe. The service was prompt, kind, and efficient. The Leasing office staff was pleasant and timely. They communicated well and were well prepared for my visit and tour.

We have been here almost a year. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about apartment living after selling our home. But we have had the most wonderful experience. Our apartment is spacious and has great finishes. We also love all of the amazing amenities and everyone that works here. The office staff is so kind and the maintenance team is outstanding.
