Jared and his staff are great people. This is a very nice place to live. Jared sat down with us and explained the lease agreement in a pleasant thoughtful way. This is our third lease extension.

I’ve had such a great experience at Greystone Pointe Auburn! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are a huge plus.
Jared has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout everything. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and it shows. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. I absolutely... love my apartment and would highly recommend Greystone Pointe Auburn to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Happy to live here and happy to be re-renewing for the third time. The facilities are always clean and the maintenance team is timely and helpful. The leasing/management team are so prompt and kind. They go out of their way to put on great events and outreach for us.

We've only just moved in but our experience has been great so far! The gym is very impressive with lots of different machines and free weights.

Overall, I've really enjoyed my time at Greystone Pointe! The complex is very dog friendly and the staff is incredibly quick to help resolve any issues. The gym is great for an apartment gym, and the complex does a great job of maintaining separation from the interstate. Plus, there's a small pond near the dog parks where you can see cute frogs in the warmer months!
My main complaints are: 1) aaaaall the carpet in the units--given how new the complex is and how expensive it is, I find this a... bit outdated; 2) there's no recycling and the amount of recyclable material that gets trashed is sad to watch (especially all the boxes). I'd be willing to pay for an opt in service for recycling with the costs getting added on top of rent (maybe we pay to get recycling bins, then a service comes and pick them up once a week from outside the doors to our unit?).
