I just moved into Greystone at Inverness and it has been an amazing experience so far. The entire move-in process was super smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The leasing office staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional — they guided me through everything clearly and were always available to help with any questions I had. I really appreciate how responsive and supportive the team has been, which made my transition much easier. The community itself feels clean, peaceful, and... well-maintained, and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with my decision to move here, and I’m looking forward to living in this community. Thank you to the Greystone at Inverness team for making the move-in experience so seamless and pleasant!

Maintenance Request
This is the first rental property that I resided in in which the maintenance request was fulfilled within a timely manner. The staff is always professional, and I have been living here going on five years. I recently submitted a maintenance request to have the paint touched up on the ceiling in my guest bathroom, and the leasing agent scheduled for the contractors to come out without any questions. They did an amazing job!

On the morning before Thanksgiving, I called to inquire about availability due to an emergency situation. We needed a 3 bedroom and the staff was amazing. Both ladies were very kind, understanding, and were helpful in getting us in place in time to enjoy Thanksgiving in a new home.

Great community to live in quiet and peaceful. 10 year resident and still going. Close to shopping annd schools. Management friendly and very helpful with all your needs.. Maintenance very courteous. Would recommend if you are looking for your next home..

Community is well-kept, and maybe a bit overly strict with outdoor decor rules. Maintenance can do better with communication, but even still, they’re respectful. Heavy turn over at the office indicates a larger unseen issue with leadership.
