Moving into an apartment again after so many years was honestly a huge adjustment for me. I had not lived in an apartment since I was 23, so this experience was completely new. To make things even more emotional, I received my approval while I was out of town after the passing of my mother. I was already dealing with grief, stress, and an 11 hour drive back to Georgia, so I was extremely nervous about the entire move.

Unfortunately, my experience started off rocky because I was given... inaccurate information by another leasing representative, which only added more stress during an already difficult time.

Thankfully, Dana stepped in and completely changed my experience.

From the moment she took over my account, she treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. She walked me through every step of the move in process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel welcomed instead of overwhelmed.

What really stood out was that she checked on me throughout my drive back to Georgia to make sure I was safe and to keep up with my arrival time. Even though the office closed at 6PM and my arrival time changed during my 11 hour drive, she made sure everything was ready so I could get my keys and settle into my new home. That level of customer service is rare.

A few days after moving in, I suffered a bad fall and tore a ligament in my ankle. It has affected both my work and my ability to fully unpack and enjoy my new home. When I spoke with Dana about everything that had happened, she extended grace and understanding during another difficult moment. That meant more than she probably realizes.

As for The Ivy itself, I absolutely love the community. I've been here for about three weeks now, and first impressions truly matter. The property is always clean, the hallways smell fresh, the lobby is beautiful, and the amenities are incredible. The pool area feels like a resort with cabanas, day beds, grilling areas, and plenty of space to relax. Security is another huge plus. I appreciate that key fob access is required throughout the property because it gives me peace of mind.

As a mom with two young children, feeling safe where we live is one of my highest priorities. The Ivy has already given me that feeling, and I truly appreciate it.

Being this was my first time renting a unit completely online I have to say. I’m very pleased with doing so. Being patient helps a great deal,which I am not but the process was smooth . I would like to thank Audrey for her professionalism and awesome work ethic and expertise for making it so. Also to the rest of the team , Thank you.

If you break it, you buy it. Whatever you do make sure it in your contract. They will make you pay for it, the Maintenace team has no experience at all. The parking is horrible the resident does not have the rights to park in the front which we pay top dollar for, but guest does.

I missed paying my rent by 7 days and they had officers & a team of people move all of my belongings out keep in mind ive been living here for 6 months already and they didnt serve me any eviction papers or anything just had a team throw all my stuff out to the streets even my pet i asked them why they were doing this and they continued to ignore me throughout the whole process overall terribleeeeee apartments and there staff is soooooo unproffesional

The staff is really courteous and professional, along with premium appliances and great amenities. The building and grounds are kept in top condition, and the walls are sufficiently insulated.
