This was a horrible place to live and the leasing staff is equally as bad. The apartments seem nice on the exterior but living here is a disaster. You can hear your neighbors 24-7. I could hear my neighbor singing in the mornings that’s how thin the walls are. There are endless rules here and extra fees for everything. People don’t pick up after their dogs and nothing is ever done about it. I’m so happy I’m out of this place. RECONSIDER if you’re considering moving here.

No Accountability for Loud Neighbors
Living here has been nothing short of frustrating. My neighbors are extremely loud, stomping at all hours of the night with zero consideration for others. Despite numerous complaints to the leasing office, nothing gets done. The staff’s response is dismissive at best—they literally told me to "deal with it."
When I asked to move to another unit, I was informed I’d have to wait six months before that could even be considered. I’ve documented my complaints with recorded calls and emails, yet the... leasing office seems uninterested in addressing the issue.
This community cares more about filling units and hitting their quotas than ensuring current residents have a livable experience. If you value peace and responsiveness from management, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Not worth it in my opinion.
