I am not typically one to leave reviews like this. However, I have been living at the Vivian for almost 2 years now and I must say it has been the best experience and the best apartment I have lived in since moving to the US. The community Director Brent is literally the most personable and friendly person I have corresponded with in all my time of living at apartments, all the staff are so friendly, so welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help the residents. I’ve been living here two years. The reviews are mostly full of people who are touring and not the actual residents. Starting with the car break ins. All these cameras and security and no one can tell you anything security sits in the leasing office all night instead of securing the property. Multiple cars broken into and they haven’t even sent an email telling residents these things are going on.
My upstairs neighbor stomps all day every day. I’ve mentioned it multiple times and they’ve done... nothing about it. All hours of the day and night. Apartment is small the stomping is beyond unnecessary. I get waken out of my sleep multiple times a week due to the stomping. The staff is nice when they want your money or you to attend an event. Property manager threatened to call the police on me b/c I was addressing my frustration in how they handle issues.
We pay for WiFi with rent ($70-75) a month and it’s always going out. Recently we went 3 days without internet and all we got were a bunch of emails saying we are aware of the issue. Never a real time estimate on how long the internet would be out. We never get real time information just emails and that’s rare as well. The WiFi goes out at least once or twice a month. No one ever offers a credit and the property usually says reach out to the company providing the wifi. We pay the apt. not the wifi company. Very unprofessional and rude. The tone in the emails are rude and show the lack of professionalism or care for true residents. Just because you work for the company and live on the property means nothing to people actually paying full rent here. No regard for people that work from home or anything else. Read More

Andre was a great host and showcased the property well. The entire property gives luxury vibes. The amenities are fire as well.
