It’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever lived in, the cleanest the fact that it smoke free it’s very, very good here and I recommend it to a lot of people, but they feel possibly that it’s too expensive for them to rent. I love it here! Bobby West is the best!

After living at the Beverly for 1.5 years, I have enjoyed the convenient location and the overall aesthetic of the building. The gym is always clean and nice. The cleaning attendants are very consistent. Leasing and Maintenance team members are always gracious and caring. Bobby and NaTasha always make me feel welcome and David and the maintenance team are all just AWESOME! I recently had an issue with the referral and both Jessica and Ben worked very diligently to get it resolved as quickly as... they could and I appreciated that. Everyone appears to truly enjoy working here and building a great community experience for all residents. I love it here!
