Non- smoking building but Constant pot smoke odors entering the unit. Cigarette smoke too at times. Management tries but is inept. Also have had flooding issues.

We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet... your expectations. All residents sign a lease knowing it states we are a smoke free community and unfortunately some smoking will happen. We try to identify any smoking residents and they will be charged a fine. We ask for the help of other residents to identify who is violating our smoking policy and to please report them.
