My wife and I have really enjoyed our time at Bryn House and look forward to renewing our lease. Its been a wonderful quiet home with great amenities (pool, grilling & top notch gym) as well as some of the best internet I have ever had in an apartment building. Its been cool to see the coffee shop fill up with people from the building & surrounding neighborhood, all the activity in the lobby makes for a wonderful little area to work from home.

Since John left, management is a mess. Their payment system has issues and we got a bill for $350. We’re students and weren’t even given a phone call about this. We found out last minute and tried to pay our rent, but management insisted we pay a total of nearly $5,000 up front. They’ve continued to add on additional fees and have showed us all they care about is money. On top of this, a woman downstairs bangs on our ceiling all day because the floors are thin, even when we tip toe around the... apartment. Don’t event get me started about how busy this place is now that the coffee shop is open. A once quiet apartment has turned into a busy, money making apartment.

Bryn House is a new apartment in the Druid Hills area. I went on a tour because I am considering moving into another complex in the area. I give it 3 starts because I feel like the place is over priced. The location is horrible because the traffic makes it nearly impossible to get in and out of. The ceilings are thin so you will definitely be able to hear your neighbors above you. The amenities aren't that great for what they charge. They also charge a fee to park... Why would you pay a parking... fee if there are no businesses around to walk to.. This place was just thrown together with nigh finished but I don't think it's worth the price.
