Terrible building and even worse management
Management couldn’t care less about you once you’re a tenant. Maintenance requests are ignored and disrespect is rampant. Many unhappy tenants who make this place a revolving door. Building needs to be completely gutted. Units are disgusting and in poor shape. 1 star is too kind

Belvedere Apartments Review
The Good
1) Location: 20 Minutes from Emory, walking distance to Piedmont Park, Atlantic station, Arts Center Station, Center Stage, High Museum of Art, Restaurants, etc.
2) Rent cost is relatively good for the area.
3) Great neighbors. Safe environment.
The Bad
1) Parking: Sometimes there are no spots. Have to pay to park in a nearby lot.
2) Older Apartment: No modern updates, a little old- fashioned.
3) Water bill is split between all residents in the building.
4) No central AC/Heat. The... apartment has a wall unit
