Great Community ! Yahiri manager is very welcoming , and helpful The whole maintenance team does an excellent job. I especially want to recognize Darryl and Maintenance Supervisor Brock. Brock went above and beyond to help me for Apt 7201, and I truly appreciate it

I have expressed my concerns. I don't like the fact that I'm unable to get my mail unless the office is open. I do not like and/or understand the fetch service. Paying for a service that I don't use. I do not like the fact that the entrance gate is often broken. I feel that all aspects of the entry gate should be working to prevent people who do not live here access to the property. Also, the breezeways are never clean. I think they should do a better job of cleaning the stairwells in the... apartments. Lastly, the boxes to enter into the common areas tend to not work. (pool area) to get to the gym.

Avana Cheshire Bridge is a great community. The property is well-kept, the location is convenient, and the staff is professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and overall it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live.

This community may be older, but it’s clear it’s well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. The charm and character stand out, and everything feels clean and inviting. The staff takes pride in keeping the property in great shape, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
