From the front desk located in the lobby, 24-hour concierge services promote safety and dedicate attention to the lifestyle conveniences enjoyed at Spire Midtown. Our very own “directors of first impressions”... assist with guest sign-in, package receipt, restaurant reservations, dry cleaning drop-off/pickup, key releases and more.

_Access Control & Safety
Spire Midtown is equipped with a network of surveillance cameras and a sophisticated access control system to promote a safe environment for residents and guests. Parking deck access is controlled via a vehicle transponder system and perimeter building access is controlled via personal transponders. Interior building access – including passage to elevator lobbies and residential floors – is personalized per resident. Guests and deliveries must enter through the main entrance and check-in with 24-hour concierge staff.

Healthy living is happier living and Spire Midtown’s fitness amenities are excellent in both form and function. Separate weight and aerobics rooms are well-equipped and climate controlled, and a third room dedicated to cardio workouts overlooks terrace gardens and the pool deck.
