I am extremely pleased with the management and experience at Windermere Cay. Any issues that I have had were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments and surrounding area are well kept and rent is competitive with other properties nearby.

Great location. Excellent staff. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet. There's 2 pools and a gym. There are fun community get-togethers. Plenty of parking. Disney cast members can walk to work. Would definitely recommend living here.

We recently moved back to Windermere Cay after having lived here over 10 years ago, and it’s been great to return. The grounds are beautifully maintained and create a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. The office staff has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, and the maintenance team is responsive and professional. It’s clear the property is well cared for, and we’re happy to call it home again.

I have lived here for over 7 years and love it. It is clean and feels safe, there is always parking near each building, the high-speed internet is reliable for work from home and no speed issues with it (I have been remote for about 20 years, so this is always critical for me). The staff is always around if I had issues, which there have been few during the years, but luckily, they are always there when there are.
