Vivo en esta comunidad desde el 2021 y he sido testigo de toda su evolución. Aunque pasamos por diferentes administraciones bajo el nombre anterior, el cambio a Magnolia Square ha sido, sin duda, lo mejor que le ha pasado a este lugar. La transformación ha sido del 100% para bien.

Recién hice una transferencia de apartamento y estoy muy agradecida. El equipo de la oficina, Abraham, Eeylen y todo el personal de mantenimiento son seres humanos excepcionales, siempre con la mejor disposición de... ayudar y comprometidos con el bienestar de todos los inquilinos.

Da gusto vivir en un lugar donde la administración realmente se preocupa por la comunidad y brindan un servicio de calidad.

I have enjoyed living at Magnolia Square, especially under the new management. Abraham, the Property Manager, has been excellent and is making positive changes that are clearly improving the community. His leadership and commitment to the property are evident in the many improvements being made.

The leasing agent is also outstanding. She is always helpful, professional, and responsive. Whenever I have questions or concerns, she takes the time to assist me and make sure my issues are addressed.... Her customer service is truly appreciated.

I have noticed several positive changes around the property, including the painting and refreshing of the hallways, which was much needed. The improvements have made the community look better and feel more welcoming.

Overall, I am very happy with the direction Magnolia Square is heading. Thank you to Abraham and the leasing office staff for their hard work and dedication to making this a great place to live.
