Used to be a much better place before the recent management change. Since the new management came in, the overall experience has gone downhill fast.

Maintenance and responsiveness feel inconsistent, and complaints are often met with silence — including repeated concerns about roaches. Another ongoing issue is trash: the compactor area regularly overflows, piles build up around it, and the smell gets awful.

Amenities have also been neglected. The grills have been broken for a while, and it... doesn’t seem like the new team is in a hurry to repair them.

The worst part was move-out. I went through a long back-and-forth over charges that I disputed, asked for basic documentation (photos/invoices), and instead of a clear written response I got phone calls and pressure about collections. It turned into a complete circus that could have been avoided with transparency and professionalism.

WOW, WOW & WOW. This place is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are everything you would expect. The floor plans are spacious, the property is well kept and the Staff, especially Katie are well informed, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. I have narrowed by choice down to 2 and so far I think this will be my new home. Thank you for a great experience.

coming from owning my own house for 7 years and living in a rental house for over 12 years I was hesitant about moving into an apartment. Then I found ALTA this is an awesome apartment complex...I think I'll stay here for a while
