I started living here two years ago and fell in love with the location. However, recently a new management company has taken over and the property has gone downhill. I’m consistently finding gigantic roaches all over my apartment, the building exteriors need to be washed, and the appliances are extremely outdated and unsanitary. Not to mention the complex has unpaid debts to the city of Celebration so they have been cut off from all of the town benefits. For the high price, you can find way... better.

Best complex in Celebration!
I recently moved to Astoria at Celebration apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It's the perfect place to call home, especially for those working at Disney. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is delightful. The office team is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries or concerns. I truly feel welcomed and valued as a resident. If you're looking for a fantastic place to live near Disney, Astoria at Celebration is definitely the place to be!

So far so good!
I recently moved into Astoria at Celebration, and it's been fantastic! The apartment's modern design, spacious layout and a ton of windows make it a joy to come home to. The community amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are excellent, and the location in Celebration is perfect for convenience and entertainment. Plus, the friendly staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire move-in process. Couldn't be happier with my choice!

A dump
Dirty. Dog poop everywhere even on sidewalks. They’ll put up a sign but won’t clean it up.

For the cost, rent somewhere else.
Elevators are a constant issue during the summer time with the heat. (out of order). Up keep of the facilities is not up to the standards (grass, dirty stairs, sidewalks etc.). Walls are paper thin, so you will be disturbing your neighbors and they will disturb you if for example TV is a bit higher than normal volume. Or if you move next to someone who talks loud.
