Annamaria is a Hungarian girl, born and raised in the legendary Transylvania, Romania. After graduating from the University of Babes-Bolyai, she decided to leave Europe behind for a while and came to see and explore life and freedom in the Unites States of America. Annamaria's journey started in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. After just a couple of months she moved to South Florida and have lived here ever since. As a newcomer, with little to nothing in my pocket, she started working 80 to 100 hours/week at several restaurants simultaneously. Being of a loyal nature, she kept one of my jobs for over 13 years. But the time comes when we all want to live our dream, instead of living someone else’s. After her only sister, whom she has always been very close to, and her family moved to Florida, they decided to join our forces and invest our time in a family business. They started buying and fixing up properties. That’s how real estate came into her life. Annamaria always wanted a career that put her in contact with people.
