I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. Despite being marketed as a luxury apartment complex, the reality has been far from it. The construction and finishes were clearly done as inexpensively as possible—our vinyl flooring began peeling up before we moved in, there are visible cracks in the walls, a window that wouldn’t close properly and an ongoing ant and spider problems despite paying for pest control.

Now, in the middle of summer in Florida, our AC has stopped working.... It’s been three days with only a portable unit provided, and the earliest they can send someone is tomorrow—just to assess the issue, not resolve it. In the meantime, our entire family, including two small children, is confined to one room in an attempt to stay cool. Management informed us that they have to go through a warranty process and are unwilling to press the vendor to expedite service. We’ve been told there’s nothing further they can do so we’ll simply have to take what we can get (I.e. one portable unit for a three bedroom apartment) and wait.

The management team has been indifferent and unhelpful throughout. Their priority seems to be leasing units quickly, with little regard for the well-being or comfort of current residents. Read More

I am giving this review because I’d like others to know. Staff is friendly easy to get along with just repairs in timely fashion. The only issues I have is Maintenance is understaffed. I’ve been here for 30 days. One of the seven buildings. The elevator has never been cleaned. The breezeway and hallways have never been cleaned. One of the person’s comment is we don’t clean it because it’s just gonna get dirty again. If you like spiders, we have plenty and spiderwebs in 30 days never been cleaned... . We have dead plants laying around nowhere we’re out of pots. You can see the pictures that are attached. Spiders are getting ready to hatch so we’ll have more of them. The inside of the apartment is nice. The bathrooms are good size like the living room area size is good. The screen in porch it is gonna be very hard to clean all the spiders that are on the outside of it. Yes it seems to be that we have a problem with spiders but if you don’t kill them, they’ll keep multiplying, but like I said in the beginning, at least the staff are nice and they get things fixed inside the apartment.
