A great community with nice amenities, the front office is always very helpful and maintenance does a great job keeping the community nice. I have lived here for three years now and loved it.

Very good, amenities are great and the staff is amazing. The noise is a little loud but everything else is very good. I like how they are always looking for ways to improve and specially love all the events

You get what you’re paying for. It’s nice but it’s nothing amazing. I know some units have a bug issue and others don’t so you kinda just have to get lucky with that. I would also recommend bringing your own bug spray because I’ve never actually seen anyone spray for bugs (but maybe they just come every time I’m not home). Would definitely recommend knowing your roommates, especially if you’re in a 4x2. I love the way they do parking permits. Only having to pay once for the entire time you’re... there is great!

Cheap, you get what you pay for. Nothing particularly amazing about the site but the maintenance and staff generally get back in affairs very readily. I haven’t had any problems here except some fears regarding the crime that goes on in the complex.

Overpriced, mostly safe, maintenance is good they are responsible, gym is not 24 hours. Internet is fine most of the time. Apts need more maintenance outside. Parking is a problem after 8-9pm.
