Research Images Condominiums and you will see the many structural problems those buildings have. Add the very poor management that does not respond to emails or calls of concerned owners and renter. Not safe to live here cause FS Residential (management) and board (who live outside of the US) does not maintain the complex.

I've lived here for a year and a half; the management is unresponsive, most units have not been updated and have leaking ac units and other plumbing problems. There are roaches everywhere, no matter how clean you are as a person. the property is not well kept, lots of structural damage to the buildings, and the area is noisy! If it isn't police sirens, it's other tenants making loud noises and entertaining at all hours.

I lived here for over 2 years and love it. It’s few minutes to Disney which is where I work and Walmart supercenter. Many good restaurants are nearby. My unit is updated and love it. I will renew the lease again for sure and many times more.

This place is awful, the management is really bad, you’ll see 15 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment, there is never parking available, people park in handicap space without a legal permit. They have water leak problem in most of the apartments. Cockroaches everywhere,. Stay away from this horrible place.

I rent a one bedroom apartment in a apartment complex about ten minutes from Disney World. At 10:00 everynight i can sit on my balcony and listen to the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. The complex neighborhood is very quiet and extremely clean. My one bedroom apartment includes a washer/dryer, walk in closet, and a balcony. The kitchen is very small, it's perfect a single person such as myself. The living room is perfect for having guests over. I overall enjoy and would recommend this complex to... anyone who is either a single person or a young family starting out. They don't come with one bedrooms, they provide up to 3 bedrooms in the images complex. Read More
