My wife and I will be here 5 years in March 2025. Previously we gave Addison Pointe five stars for very good reasons. The apartment community was well maintained and the staff very courteous. However, some things do change. I am neither an economics expert nor involved in the development of communities such as Addison Pointe, but I have seen a consistent falling off in the quality of life here. I don't blame the staff or even middle management. What I will say is there has been a noticeable cut... in staffing. We have also seen a higher percentage of vacancies that I am sure is not comfortable for the developers of this property. It is my contention however, that you do not cut services, support and quality of life while also raising rents to a an amount surpassing the cost of living. You will lose good tenants as well as the bad. Right now Addison Pointe is running a special with the first month free and a $1,000 gift card. It appears Addison Pointe would rather have new residents than keep their old ones.

Look elsewhere
Close your eyes and imagine a beautiful place with a working clean pool, grills ready for you to use, a gym with lubed up treadmills, clean hallways, with working A/C and light figures in your apartment. Now open you’re eyes because this is addison pointe, a place where none of that applies. Enjoy stepping in dog crap everywhere, the constant maintenance and build issues. Oh, did you get a two bedroom? That’s nice, only one has a light/fan in it because we’re too cheap to give you one. But we’ll... be sure to charge you $25 each day you leave your trash bin outside because that’s just gross! -10/10 never living here again. Live the authentic college on campus experience for EFSC, here at Addison Pointe.

Awesome Place to Call Home!
Lots of amenities! Beautiful grounds and apartments! Everything is so new and updated. Planned events, great for pets, elevator is a big plus! My husband and I love living here (and so does our dog)! Close proximity to so much in the community too. Quiet community that offers a lot! Staff is helpful and friendly.

Come And See For Yourself
Wonderful place to live! Many amenities, beautiful views, all new and I'm glad for the elevator. Located close to everything. I'm so glad I found Addison Pointe.
