Large open concept living room/dining room with additional den/tv area. Eat-in kitchen has Whirlpool appliances and a small island for additional cooking space. King beds in both bedrooms. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Lake view from the screened in lanai that runs the length of the villa with outdoor access from both sides. Community pool and clubhouse. Close to Wellen Park with fine dining and shops and the Cool Today Park which hosts Spring Training for the Atlanta Braves and more! A 15 minute drive brings you into historic downtown Venice to enjoy, strolling the streets and enjoying casual and fine dining establishments, wonderful mom and Pop stores and, of course, Venice Beach! All rental rates listed are base rental rates. Additional charges include state/county sales/tourism tax (currently 13%), reservation deposit (included in total), rental processing fee of $75.00, a cleaning fee at the end of lease (varies by property) and utilities above monthly cap allowances. Basic cable, satellite or streaming service provided (internet included). Homeowners’ association fees, if applicable, vary by association. An initial deposit of 25% is due with signed lease. An additional 25% of total is due 4 months (120 days) prior to the move-in date and the final 50% is due 2 months (60 days) prior to the move-in date. If the move-in date is less than 60 days, all monies will be due with a signed lease agreement.
