I have experiences a few apartment complexes in the Tampa area and The MAV has gone above and beyond in every way. Previous complexes I’ve experienced don’t care about residents and you’re just a rental payment. This is far from the case at The MAV. Any issue or concern I have is addressed immediately and exceeds expectations. You get what you pay for here which I can’t say for any other apartment I’ve been a part of. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an elevated living... experience in an amazing location.

Great apartment complex

I moved to Tampa, Florida, from Washington, D.C., in August and had an apartment fiasco with a different complex. In a stressful situation, I turned to The MAV, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Tanner and Victoria were incredibly helpful and understanding, making the entire process quick and seamless.

The move-in process was smooth, and the community has exceeded my expectations. Everyone here is so kind and friendly, which makes it feel like home. I truly have nothing bad... to say about this apartment complex. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
