Today marks 1 year being a resident at CAN. It has been a very pleasant experience with courteous & helpful staff & ‘ready-on-the-spot’ maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet & I feel very safe here.

The grounds are clean and well maintained. Apartment was perfect upon move in. Guard shack personnel are courteous, professional, and kind. Office staff are warm, responsive, helpful, and efficient.

My husband and I are just in the process of moving in but I love this complex so far! The staff in the leasing office are the best-most of them have been there for years and are friendly and helpful. We love the way our apartment is set up and the excellent use of space. Our new apartment is 130 sq. Ft. Smaller than our previous apartment but somehow feels larger and we are thrilled! The grounds are spotless.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here.

I don't usually take time to write reviews. But I recently had to move from my other place almost immediately and I contacted Carlton arms north and glad I did. They were kind, persistent and very helpful. They helped me get in here as soon as possible. Move in day was stressful but on their end made it very simple and easy and I’m very happy with the space. It was clean and well maintained. So far it’s exactly what I wanted peaceful and quiet. So far a great community.
